** The RainWatch Rainwater Tank Filtration System is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee covers all RainWatch Filter components, except where damage results from operation while the unit is completely filled with water and frozen. The 316 stainless steel filter pad is excluded from the guarantee, except where a structural defect makes it unsuitable for its intended purpose as specified by Doust Plumbing Products.
In the event of any structural fault in the RainWatch® filter, please send a photo of the damaged part along with your proof of purchase, mailing address and replacement parts will be sent to you free of charge. The RainWatch® filter comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
